Talk2Me Terms of Service

1. Introduction
   Welcome to Talk2Me, a nationwide push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) radio service. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, please do not use Talk2Me.
2. Service Overview

• Talk2Me provides public channels, private groups, and uncensored channels for communication.
• Each radio comes with one free year of nationwide service. After the first year, the renewal fee is $24.99 per year.

1. Acceptable Use
   We believe in freedom of speech, but we also require users to follow basic radio etiquette on public channels. This includes:

• Keeping conversations respectful and on-topic for the channel.
• Avoiding excessive use of profanity or disruptive behavior.
• Not spamming or overusing the channels in a way that disrupts others.
  Uncensored channels are available for more open discussions, but we do not tolerate threats, harassment, or illegal activity.

1. Prohibited Conduct
   Users may not:

• Make threats of violence or engage in harassment.
• Use Talk2Me for illegal activities.
• Transmit harmful, obscene, or excessively disruptive content on public channels.
• Impersonate other users or Talk2Me staff.
  Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on severity.

1. Private Groups & Moderation

• Users can create and manage private groups.
• Group owners/moderators are responsible for setting and enforcing their own community rules.

1. Service Renewal & Payments

• Your first year of service is included with the purchase of your Talk2Me radio.
• After the first year, a renewal fee of $24.99 per year is required to continue service.
• Failure to renew will result in service suspension until payment is received.

1. Limitation of Liability
   Talk2Me provides communication services “as-is” and is not responsible for:

• The content of user communications.
• Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Any damages resulting from misuse of the service.

1. Changes to Terms
   Talk2Me reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
